Ms. Tucker is an outstanding instructor. My experience in her Phlebotomy and EKG courses was amazing. Her dedication, knowledge, and years of experience made learning both enjoyable and easy to understand. She truly cares about her students and has a genuine passion for teaching. Ms. Tucker always took the time to help and encourage us to succeed. I am grateful for everything I learned from her and highly recommend her classes.

I had a wonderful experience at Access Careers Medical & Dental Training School while completing the Patient Care Technician program. The instructors were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to helping students succeed. The coursework was well organized and provided both the theoretical knowledge and hands-on training needed to prepare for you for a career in healthcare. I am proud to say that I passed my exam on the first try . I highly recommend this school to anyone who is interested in becoming a Patient Care Technician. It is a great place to learn, grow, and prepare for a successful healthcare career. Big shout out to my instructors Ms. Guyah and Ms. Tucker

I had an amazing experience at Access Careers! I completed both the CNA and Patient Care Technician (PCT) programs, and thanks to the excellent education and support I received, I passed both my New York State CNA exam and my NHA PCT certification exam on my first attempt. The instructors truly care about their students’ success and make sure everyone understands both the classroom material and the hands-on clinical skills. The program prepared me not only to pass my exams but also to feel confident working in the healthcare field. I especially want to recognize Mrs Felisha Tucker, who is by far one of the best PCT instructors. She is knowledgeable, patient, encouraging, and genuinely invested in her students’ success. She explains difficult concepts clearly, creates a positive learning environment, and always motivates her students to do their best. Her dedication and passion for teaching made a huge difference in my journey, and I am truly grateful for everything she taught me. I highly recommend Access Careers to anyone who wants to start a career in healthcare. If you are willing to work hard, this school will give you the knowledge, skills, and support you need to succeed.

I want to take the time to commend one of the most generous, passionate , committed teacher I’ve ever met Ms Tucker. She sees each student snd know what each individual needs and work on them . Ms T you created a welcoming environment for every student you came in contact with . You’re the person that believes no one should be left behind . My experience at Access Career was very positive. The instructors were knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to answer questions to make sure students understood the material. The learning environment felt safe and secure, especially with evening classes held in a locked building. Free parking was a huge convenience, and all of the necessary clinical supplies, handouts, and educational books were provided, making it easy to stay focused on learning. The payment plans were also flexible and affordable, which helped make the program accessible. Overall, I felt supported throughout my training and would recommend Access Career to anyone looking to further their education in healthcare. Ms Tucker is the best!!! Love her loads
